About the Role

We are seeking an engaging and experienced Training Manager Beauty to join our growing team on behalf of one of our clients in the luxury retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing impactful training programs that elevate product knowledge, enhance customer service, and strengthen brand presence across beauty retail teams. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a vital role in developing frontline talent, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving retail excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in beauty or fragrance, retail operations, and training development, with a passion for inspiring and empowering others.

Requirements :
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in training or retail operations, ideally in fashion, fragrance, or luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, ingredients, and customer behaviour
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and able to travel to other regions if needed.

- Candidates having experience working/worked with L'Oreal & Estee Lauder companies will be preferred (brands such as Tom Ford, Kilian, Armani, lancome etc).

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze training needs across departments and roles
- Develop and manage learning programs, both internal and external
- Prepare or curate training materials to support learning objectives
- Coordinate and maintain the training calendar
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
