RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the succession of agreement drafting and/or reviewing, through the completion of good processes and best practices according to the prevailing Companys policies.
  2. Ensure the succession of corporate action, through the completion of good processes and best practices according to the prevailing Companys policies.
  3. Ensure a high compliance level of the companys business regarding the prevailing government regulations.
  4. Manage and/or monitor any dispute resolution process for the Companys litigation and non-litigation cases.
  5. Ensure the succession of any direction given by the Head of Legal and/or Management member of the Company.

AUTHORITIES

  1. Ensure the succession of agreement drafting and/or reviewing, through completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Companys policies.
    • start processing agreements drafting and/or reviewing process upon receiving request and required information by authorized person or related head department according the companys policies regarding on agreement drafting and/or reviewing
    • lead coordination with the Companys and/or its affiliates related departments for completion of several steps according the companys policies regarding on agreement drafting and/or reviewing.
    • liaison with external parties to ensure the completion of agreement drafting and/or reviewing e.g. counter party(ies), notary, bank authority, government authority, etc.
    • conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure minimum legal risk upon engaging external party with agreements document.
    • monitoring agreements execution and its completion by the parties by receiving report from related departments.
    • supervise legal admin to conduct filing of electronic and non-electronic agreements related document in legal database.
    • supervise legal admin to set reminders in the available time keeping system for any relevant agreement terms/period and ensure for follow up actions upon its expiring date.
    • supervise legal admin for document translation process.
  2. Ensure the succession of corporate action, through completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Companys policies.
    • start processing corporate action process upon receiving request and required information by authorized person or related head department according the companys policies regarding on corporate action legal handling request.
    • lead coordination with the Companys and/or its affiliates related departments for completion of several steps according the companys policies regarding on corporate action.
    • liaison with external parties to ensure the completion of agreement drafting and/or reviewing e.g. counter party(ies), notary, bank authority, consultant, agent, government authority, etc.
    • conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure minimum legal risk upon processing corporate action.
    • monitoring corporate action execution and its completion by the parties by receiving report from related departments.

  1. Ensure high compliance level of Companys and its Affiliates business activities regarding the prevailing government regulations.
    • monitor, control and forecast of any regulatory compliance obligation for the Company and its Affiliates.
    • ensure the succession of new and extension permits submission for the Company and its Affiliates.
    • lead coordination with the Companys and/or its Affiliates related departments for completion of several steps according the companys policies regarding on regulatory compliance.
    • liaison with external parties to ensure the completion of permits issuance e.g. notary, government authority, consultant, agent, etc.
    • conducting day to day legal research and regulatory updates to maintain high level of regulatory compliance for the Company and its Affiliates.
    • supervise legal admin to conduct filing of electronic and non-electronic permits document in legal database.
    • supervise legal admin to set reminders in the available time keeping system for any relevant permits terms/period and ensure for follow up actions upon its expiring date.

supervise legal admin for document translation process.

  1. Manage and/or monitor dispute resolution process for litigation and non-litigation.
    • monitor, control and forecast of any dispute and potential dispute of the Company and its Affiliates.
    • in charge of supporting Companys and/or its Affiliates related departments for handling of non-litigation dispute settlement.
    • in charge of handling low to middle profile case of dispute settlement litigation.
    • supervise and monitor external lawyer/consultant in handling high profile litigation case.
    • liaison with external parties to improve chance of winning for any litigation and non litigation case e.g. external parties, notary, government authority, consultant, agent, etc.
    • conducting legal research and regulatory updates to improve high level of winning chance for each case.
    • supervise legal admin for document translation process.
  2. Ensure the succession of any direction given by the Head of Legal and/or Management member of the Company.
    • keeping day to day work list in the provided project management system.
    • submit monthly report of the work list to the Head of Legal.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • 5 years relevant Minimum Experience;
  • English professional proficiency in written; and
  • Expertise in Legal Function.
