Requirement and Job scope :

• Should have at least 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Build and grow relationships with new clients in need of IT Contract / IT Staffing solutions

• Spot business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships

• Reach out to prospects through networking, cold calls, emails, and business referrals

• Develop creative strategies to tap into new markets and industries

• Be the go-to person for client communications, negotiations, and resolving concerns

• Pitch, present, and propose solutions that match each clients unique needs

• Explore ways to cross-sell and upsell other IT-related services to existing clients

• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in South Jakarta with hybrid arrangement
