Company Overview :

Our clien is a new company has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of XXX (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid - 2019.

It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards west of Jakarta and cater mainly the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional / other export markets.

Job Description :
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance systems to maintain product quality in compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable procedures.
- Monitor and supervise daily quality assurance activities in BOPP production and converting processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate quality inspection and testing activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure conformity with established quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action implementation.
- Collaborate with Production, Technical Service, and other related departments to resolve product quality concerns and improve process performance.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and non-conformance reports to identify improvement opportunities and ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Develop, review, and ensure implementation of SOPs, WI, and quality documentation related to QA activities.
- Lead and supervise QA team performance, including coaching, training, and competency development of subordinates.Ensure compliance with company ISO standards related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety in daily operational activities.
- Support internal and external audits, customer audits, and follow-up improvement actions related to quality systems.
- Coordinate product trials, validation, and quality approval for new products, process changes, or customer requirements.

Requirements :

-Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control function, preferably in BOPP film, converting, flexible packaging, or plastic packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems, quality control procedures, technical service, and customer complaint handling.
