About the job Sales Channel Expert
Role Overview:
Our Client is a tech company that leverages artificial intelligence to create realistic virtual personas for multiple purposes. They are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Channel Expert to drive growth by acquiring new partners and customers, strengthening existing relationships, and collecting actionable insights to improve our product offering and market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Acquisition
Identify and onboard new partners within designated channels to expand customer reach.
Attract new customers through both existing and emerging partner networks.
2. Partner Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with current partners and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with partners to maximize customer acquisition and engagement from their networks.
3. Customer Onboarding
Work closely with partners to identify and convert potential customers.
Guide new users through the product setup and ensure all relevant information is captured accurately.
4. Customer Management & Support
Oversee and manage both new and existing customer accounts to ensure data completeness and platform adoption.
Train users on how to effectively use the tool.
5. Market Feedback & Competitive Insights
Gather continuous feedback from partners and customers on product features, pricing, and market needs to support strategic improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field

Up to 2 years of experience in sales or account management (fresh
graduates are welcome to apply) -
Based in Jakarta
Strong English proficiency
