About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Manager to lead and manage employee benefit programs for clients. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of customized insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs for corporate clients, including but not limited to group health and life insurance.

Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers to ensure smooth policy administration and renewals.

Analyze and recommend benefit plan designs that align with client objectives, cost parameters, and regulatory compliance.

Lead client onboarding processes and ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, quotations, and benefit comparisons.

Support the claims management team by providing guidance and handling complex claim issues if escalated.

Maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and other relevant partners.

Provide consultative support to clients regarding benefit strategy, market trends, and regulatory updates.

Oversee benefit communication and training for clients HR teams and employees when required.

Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Healthcare Management, Business Administration).

Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in employee benefits, group insurance, or healthcare consulting, preferably within an insurance brokerage or insurance company.

Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with insurance platforms/systems is a plus.
