About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Manager to lead and manage employee benefit programs for clients. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of customized insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs for corporate clients, including but not limited to group health and life insurance. 

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers to ensure smooth policy administration and renewals.

  • Analyze and recommend benefit plan designs that align with client objectives, cost parameters, and regulatory compliance.

  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, quotations, and benefit comparisons.

  • Support the claims management team by providing guidance and handling complex claim issues if escalated.

  • Maintain strong relationships with insurers, TPAs (Third Party Administrators), and other relevant partners.

  • Provide consultative support to clients regarding benefit strategy, market trends, and regulatory updates.

  • Oversee benefit communication and training for clients HR teams and employees when required.

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Healthcare Management, Business Administration).

  • Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in employee benefits, group insurance, or healthcare consulting, preferably within an insurance brokerage or insurance company.

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with insurance platforms/systems is a plus.
