About the role:
As EVP Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies to drive top-line revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure competitiveness across digital and traditional banking channels. This role requires a visionary leader with strong commercial acumen, digital expertise, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and lead multi-year strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth across all business lines.
- Product Leadership: Oversee strategic product portfolio development with a 3 - 5 year horizon. Prioritize long-term innovation over short-term iterations.
- Sales & Marketing: Lead sales and marketing strategies that align with the banks growth targets, integrating both digital and conventional channels.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term alliances, including embedded banking and financial technology collaborations, to support business scalability.
- Customer Experience: Design and implement long-term initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention aligned with growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with other EVPs in Operations, Data/IT, and Product to ensure synergy in executing growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Having 15 - 20 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in growth leadership roles within digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-year revenue and product strategies.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams at an executive level.
- Deep understanding of customer-centric innovation, digital transformation, and market trends in financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership development skills, both internal and external.
