About the Role

We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Training Manager Fragrance to join our growing team on behalf of one of our clients in the luxury retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance product knowledge, elevate customer service standards, and strengthen brand presence across retail teams. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in developing talent, driving excellence in fragrance retail performance, and ensuring a consistent and premium customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance, retail operations, and training development, and be passionate about inspiring and coaching others.

Requirements :
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in training or retail operations, ideally in fashion, fragrance, or luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of fragrance products, ingredients, and customer behaviour
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and able to travel to other regions if needed.

- Candidates having experience working/worked with Loreal & Estee Laduer companies will be preferred (brands such as Tom Ford, Kilian, Armani, lancome etc).

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze training needs across departments and roles
- Develop and manage learning programs, both internal and external
- Prepare or curate training materials to support learning objectives
- Coordinate and maintain the training calendar
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records
