About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our growing retail team for one of our clients in the duty-free retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and visually appealing store displays to drive sales and enhance the customer experience across retail locations in North Jakarta, Jakarta.
What you'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall brand strategy.
- Design eye-catching visual merchandising displays and layouts to showcase our products in the most appealing and impactful way
Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing activities such as in-store promotions, events, and collaborations to boost foot traffic and customer engagement. - Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all store signage, promotional materials, and visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand image.
- Train and provide guidance to store associates on effective merchandising techniques and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and innovations in retail marketing and visual merchandising
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail marketing role, preferably within international retail brands.
- Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and impactful in-store displays and promotional materials.
- Solid experience and proven success in offline marketing initiatives, including event planning, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for visual design, data analysis, and project management.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for the retail industry and creating exceptional customer experiences.
