  • Position : Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Supervisor (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)

  • Responsibilities :

    • Design and implement competitive compensation structures, including salary frameworks, benchmarking, and performance-based incentive programs.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided perks, ensuring optimal value and employee satisfaction.
    • Conduct job evaluations and participate in salary surveys to ensure equitable, fair, and market-aligned compensation practices across the organization.
    • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies related to compensation and benefits.
    • Provide expert support on payroll matters, including salary adjustments, annual merit increases, bonuses, and performance-linked compensation.
    • Analyze compensation and benefits data to assess effectiveness, manage costs, and enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with broader business goals and talent management objectives.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, market practices, and regulatory updates to continuously improve programs and maintain competitiveness.
      
      
      Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Supervisor, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, including the full compensation cycle management (e.g., salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive structures).
    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with job evaluation and job analysis methodologies.
    • Prior exposure to organizational psychology and conducting or interpreting labour market surveys.
    • Strong knowledge of current labour laws and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all compensation and benefits practices.
    • Familiarity with a wide range of incentive schemes and employee benefits, including both monetary and non-monetary programs.
    • Extensive experience working with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); fluency preferred.
