Overview:
Our client is a dynamic beauty company located in South Jakarta, operating in a fast-paced and competitive industry. They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is skilled in hiring marketing talent and has experience sourcing top candidates from competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for marketing and related roles.
- Actively headhunt and hijack high-quality candidates from competing companies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
- Partner closely with the HRBP team to understand business needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Guide and mentor a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a high-pressure, fast-moving company.
- Solid experience in marketing recruitment and competitor mapping.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and drive direct approaches.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
