We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
2. Manage project budgets and resources
3. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
4. Identify and mitigate project risks
5. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
7. Provide regular project status updates to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
• Having 7+ years of experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
