Tax Manager

Position : Tax Manager ( Start up Hospitality)

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare & review monthly and annual tax compliance reports, conduct Tax Due Diligence (TDR), and provide tax advisory and litigation support.
• Mitigate the tax risk by continually reviewing the current tax process and suggesting improvements.
  Manage the accurate tax payment & reporting of tax return.
• Assist and communicate the queries from the local auditor, global auditor and Local Tax Authority
• Ensure compliance to tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws and policies.
• Review and prepare tax filings, reports, and documentation within required deadlines.
• Represent the organization during tax audits and litigation processes if needed.
• Coordinate with our local Government and global team.
• Prepare and support tax & administration in relation with tax authorities and bank.
• The primary person in the tax team for tax due diligence and advisory.
  Responsible for tax audit, litigation, and equalization.
  Review intercompany transactions that are related to Transfer Pricing as well as the Arm's length principle.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Tax/Accounting or any major with relevant work experience
• Experience in handling tax for 8 - 10 years (preferred in Start up company, hospitality)
• Experience in supporting tax litigation process
• Good konwledge & understanding in tax regulation & financial report  and proficiency in Indonesian tax laws

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Has certificate A & B
