About the Role
Tanla Platforms is looking for a dynamic Country Head Customer Success to lead our strategic customer relationships in Indonesia. This senior leadership role will oversee enterprise clients, drive value realization, ensure customer growth, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen C-level client relationships.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers.

  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our platform.

  • Act as the executive sponsor and main escalation point.

  • Represent the customer voice and influence product & service strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships (B2B SaaS/Tech).

  • Proven success in managing enterprise clients and leading teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with focus on business outcomes.
