Job Title

Civil & Structural (CS) Engineer – Senior Staff

Job Description

  • Fully responsible for overall civil and structural design to ensure compliance with user requirements and applicable standards, including Green Building regulations.

  • Design civil works and structural systems in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

  • Review and verify all civil and structural designs prepared by consultants to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.

  • Coordinate with consultants regarding design development and required revisions.

  • Provide technical input and recommendations related to civil and structural design.

  • Monitor consultant work to ensure completion according to agreed requirements and schedules.

  • Read and interpret Basic Design, Detail Engineering Design (DED), tender drawings, and construction drawings.

  • Design infrastructure works such as roads, drainage systems, sidewalks, medians, and supporting structures, in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Structural Engineering.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer (preferred).

Age

  • Maximum 30 years old.

Special Skills

  • English proficiency.

Technical Competencies

  • Ability to read and understand Basic Design, DED, tender drawings, and construction drawings.

  • Proficient in ETABS, SAP2000, SCIA, AutoCAD 2D, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong knowledge of current civil and structural design standards and regulations, including Green Building criteria.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Honest, disciplined, assertive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.

  • High level of responsibility and dedication.

  • Able to work under pressure.
