About the job Business Development Executive
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities. The role will focus on sourcing deals, building strategic relationships, and supporting expansion initiatives across relevant sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and source new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential deals
Conduct preliminary evaluation of opportunities, including commercial viability and strategic fit
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry contacts
Lead initial discussions, negotiations, and structuring of potential transactions
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for due diligence and execution
Prepare presentations, proposals, and investment notes for senior management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Support closure of deals and ensure smooth handover to execution teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, investments, or strategy
Strong network and proven track record of sourcing deals and opportunities
Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, mining, energy, or related industries preferred
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives end-to-end
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
