About our Client:

Our client is a financial company in Indonesia that provides consumer financing, leasing, and factoring services, mainly for motor vehicles and heavy equipment. It operates as part of a larger conglomerate and helps customers acquire vehicles and machinery.

Job Description:

• Responsible for increasing market share growth for R4 financing products (new cars).
• Creating a comprehensive business plan in accordance with the business strategy that has been determined by Management. 
• Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine the business strategy that will be implemented in each branch office.
• Assisting Branch in building relationships with Dealers.
• Monitoring the implementation of the business strategy implemented in the area and local branch offices.
• Evaluating the business performance of each R4 branch office
• Coordinating with Area Head and Branch Head of R4 to determine corrective steps for the business strategy.
• Ensuring the establishment of good relations and good cooperation with old dealers and new dealers as a business expansion.
• Responsible for solving problems that occur in the branch both internally and externally to maintain and increase branch productivity. 
• Evaluating the performance of Area Head and Branch Head. 
• Doing development and develop team, strategy, and structure.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience in finance company or banking; with at least 2 years of experience in Managerial position.
• Have knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing New Car Program.
• Have Vast networking to Newcar Dealers PIC's and Owners
• Proven competencies in team leading & team leadership.
• Energetic, Innovative, and target oriented person.
• Have a good command in English and ability to work with MS Excel, especially pivot tools, is a good advantage
