Job Title
Quantity Surveyor (QS), Tender & Cost Control – Senior Staff
Job Description

Fully responsible for preparing and calculating the project cost budget (RAB).

Manage and oversee the entire tender process.
-
Calculate work quantities accurately based on tender drawings and construction drawings.
-
Read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
-
Prepare unit price analysis and cost estimates based on current market prices.
-
Measure and prepare work progress reports (opname) for contractors and subcontractors.
-
Prepare project cost budgets and monitor cost performance based on project progress (cost control).
-
Prepare and ensure proper distribution of all tender documents to related parties.
-
Review and evaluate tender submissions from bidders.
-
Represent the owner in evaluating tender participants.
-
Participate in all tender processes and related meetings.
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelors degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Tender Executor, or in Cost Control (preferred).
Age
-
Maximum 30 years old.
Special Skills
-
English proficiency.
Technical Competencies
-
Ability to read and understand tender and construction drawings.
-
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
-
Strong knowledge of preparing RAB and Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Good understanding of project tender processes.
