Section Head Pilot Plant  (Textile Manufacture)

Placement : Karawang

JD :

Plan, monitor and control the operations of Pilot plant in order to prepare samples and to develop new yarn to enhance our VAP products portfolio.

Production Planning

- Prepare the production plan for the sample production as per priority

- Assess raw material requirement and place requisitions

- Maintain machine utilization rate to the maximum at any given point

- Coordinate with Dispatch team for delivery schedule

Pilot Plant Operations

- Monitor and control process parameters as per required standard

- Coordinate with Quality dept for periodical testing stage wise

- Transfer of Knowledge and process from Pilot Plant Stage to Bulk Production.

Application Studies

- Study the performance of product from each technology in downstream processing until consumer

- Prepare comparative statements of material properties and advantages of newly developed products and current alternatives

Documentation

- Compilation and interpretation of data for drawing conclusions and giving inputs to production and product development team

- Prepare leaflets, brochures, infographics for advocating adaption of our VAP

Qualification :

- Bachelor/Diploma degree in textiles is a must;

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the textiles / yarn business

- Fluent in English.
