About the Client
Our client is a Indonesia-based conglomerate of diversified businesses. They are in various sectors, such as: FMCG, textiles, manufacturing, trading and distribution, real estate, hotels, banking, import/export, E-Commerce, movies production, and recreation parks across Indonesia, South East Asia, India, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Australia. Their office is in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Indonesia.

About the Role

The Business Analyst bridges business requirements and technical delivery for KNS Group's digital products. Reporting to the Group CTO, this role gathers requirements, creates PRDs and specifications, and facilitates clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Document and analyze business needs clearly.
  • Create PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and detailed specifications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical language engineers can build from.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare presentations and decks explaining solutions.
  • Conduct demos and explain features to business and technical audiences.
  • Manage requirements across multiple concurrent products.
  • Support requirement validation and testing

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Fresh graduate / Entry-level — No prior work experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
  • Basic knowledge required: 
    - Web applications — What is a web application, how users access it
    - Mobile applications — How mobile apps differ from web apps
    - API — What APIs are and why systems need them
    - Database — What databases are and how data is stored
    - Integration — How different systems connect and share data
    - AI — What AI can and cannot do, basic use cases
    You do NOT need to know how to develop or code these. Our client needs your understanding of concepts, not coding skills.
