Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Responsible for monitoring, as well as developing construction schedules, planning, and strategies.

b. Monitor daily project progress, ensure compliance with drawings (design specifications), and address technical issues.

c. Prepare, negotiate, and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

d. Lead engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, and allocate resources effectively.

e. Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, quality standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.

f. Ensure the proper execution and support of civil works and building maintenance activities within the plant area.

g. Review work results and report project progress to clients or senior management.

h. Monitor and supervise the operation of boilers, cooling systems, electrical systems, and water treatment, and develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

i. Record the usage of gas, steam, and water.

j. Control water usage for company facilities and oversee all air conditioning maintenance and servicing.

k. Ensure and support civil works and building maintenance within the plant area.

l. Perform administrative tasks using the SAP system.

m. Report on scale verification activities, calibration processes, and calibration certificates.

n. Project Coordination: Manage utility-related projects, including planning, contracting, and supervising installation or relocation.

o. Coordinate and control energy usage for company facilities, as well as oversee all maintenance and service activities.

p. Motivate the team to collaborate effectively in achieving work targets.

q. Be responsible for all activities across all departments.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in industrial utilities

  • Strong understanding of utility systems (electricity, water, compressed air)

  • Experience in utilities maintenance and project management

  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices

  • Proven ability to lead projects and small teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Willing to be assigned to plant/site areas

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
