Senior Engineer Utilities & Civil

Responsibility :

a. Ensure the proper execution and support of civil works and building maintenance activities within the plant area.

b. Review work results and report project progress to clients or senior management.

c. Monitor and supervise the operation of boilers, cooling systems, electrical systems, and water treatment, and develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

d. Record the usage of gas, steam, and water.

e. Control water usage for company facilities and oversee all air conditioning maintenance and servicing.

f. Ensure and support civil works and building maintenance within the plant area.

g. Perform administrative tasks using the SAP system.

h. Report on scale verification activities, calibration processes, and calibration certificates.

i. Project Coordination: Manage utility-related projects, including planning, contracting, and supervising installation or relocation.

j. Coordinate and control energy usage for company facilities, as well as oversee all maintenance and service activities.

k. Motivate the team to collaborate effectively in achieving work targets.

l. Be responsible for all activities across all departments.

Core Technical strengths :
Operation and maintenance of Utility systems management, including HVAC, chiller systems, air compressors, RO Systems, generators, fire protection systems, Effluent treatment plant, Boiler, water pump house and facility infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
