Overview:

HR Business Partner provides solutions and advice to internal customers on areas relating to staffing, employee relations and engagement, talent management as well as reviewing HR policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

Communicate, co-operate and collaborate with respective Business Units, their functional managers and their staff to enhance individual and team effectiveness, as well as assist the local HR team in the on-going improvement, development and implementation of the HR strategy and processes within Singapore operations

  • Work closely with specialists in the Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development teams as well as liaise with Regional HR on on-going HR initiatives

Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements:

(Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently)

Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Extensive generalist experience focusing in HR business partnering, people strategy and talent acquisition
  • Ability to initiate and drive solutions is essential along with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach
  • Good people management and strong knowledge in Employment Act
  • Track record in handling HR generalist matters
  • Positive and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level
