Boarding Officer

Job Duties

• You will liaise with port officials and terminal operators to plan husbandry works
• Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures, port and flag state regulations
• Assist in ship boarding activities
• Liaise with Terminal, MPA, ICA and Various port service providers for each ship-port interface event and progress
• Arranging Vessels Arrival, Departure and Port Formalities (inclusive of arrangement of Tugs, Pilots, Arrangement of Crew matters)
• Arranging and coordinating supply, provisions, etc
• Assisting on Crew Requirement, Documentation and Arrangement of crew Change
• Assisting and reporting to direct supervisor on operations matters and other task as assigned by the company

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Fast learner with positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
