Marketing Executive Salary - $2600 to $3200 + AWS (after one year completion) Working hours -9am to 6pm (OT will be compensated with time off) Annual leave 14 days (increasing by 1 every year) Probation period 3 months Roles and responsibilities Social Media Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels Collaborating with various team members to develop content for social media Oversee, plan and deliver content calendars across different platforms using scheduling tools & CRM tools Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity Analysing & monitoring content performance and optimising social content to drive impact Content marketing and analytics Work closely with copywriters and media team to plan and develop content and digital ads strategy based on assessing our buyers personas, competitor analysis and customer insights in collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts. Manage, plan, develop email campaigns with a high level of attention to detail Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and the customer journey in order to optimise the funnel by optimising growth marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to find new growth opportunities. Translate analytics and insights into the actionable, measure and communicate the effectiveness of overall growth initiatives, and channels performance Brand loyalty and Competitor Analysis Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Organising various community building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community events Community events Plan and implement online and offline community events Brand loyalty - Work closely with marketing team to develop, execute detailed customer loyalty programs and tailored experiences for each client Track and monitor market trends, brands audiences and competitors and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions Requirements Good communication & multi-tasking skills. Good team player, self-disciplined with strong interpersonal skills. Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken languages. 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity Experience working with a luxury brand is a plus Commercial awareness Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any field
