About the job Business Development Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Generation of sales leads by exploring the challenges and opportunities facing our current and prospective customers.
  • Identify the right prospects in the target markets and scout for opportunities. 
  • Analyze market, industry and client information to develop sales opportunities
  • Make sales presentations and prepare compelling proposals to address the customer pain points and needs
  • Follow-up with new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and close the deals 
  • Forecast sales pipeline and ensure they are achieved consistently. Track and record activity on each accounts and prepare sales report
  • Active follow up and management of account receivables/ payment outstanding. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Sales & Marketing/IT/Science or equivalent fields of study 
  • At least 4-8 years of sales experience in IT Solutions/Services 
  • Good exposure to Banking and Financial Services industry is advantageous 
  • Skilled in developing and executing account growth strategies. 
  • Proven ability to manage high‑value accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction. 
  • Must have proven experience in building business in individual contributor role 
  • Proven and trusted relationships at Key Stakeholders level Very good communication skills
  • Ability to engage at senior executive level, shape customer thinking and articulate value propositions in a compelling manner 
  • Creates trust internally and externally Highly skilled in leveraging social media within the sales cycle
