Engineering Manager - Process, Systems and Automation

Interesting opportunity for an Engineering Automation Manager with a leading Food and Beverage Manufacturing business in the Middle East with multiple, state of the Art Manufacturing facilities across the globe. 

The purpose of this role is to bridge 3 critical gaps in the organizations engineering expertise.

Technical Experience:

Automation

1. High level industrial automation programming (Software/hardware) in Dairy
2. Industrial networking (fiber optic, industrial ethernet and SQL server)

Dairy Processing Design

1. Food safety and quality best practices and standards in dairy industry
2. Dairy product processing: standards, design, installation, commissioning, parameters, and complex troubleshooting
3. Energy and water best practices in Dairy processing.

CIP systems design and protocols

1. CIP systems design, parameters, recipes, protocols in dairy processing and filling

Qualification:

1. Bachelor in automation engineering from reputable university
2. Minimum 10 years practical experience in dairy processing
3. Experience in engineering standards and best practices from world class organizations

Competencies:

1. Perseverance and Working under pressure
2. Problem solving and high-level troubleshooting skill
3. Engineering project management
