Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement after-sales strategies to maximize revenue from service & spare parts.
  • Drive sales of engine maintenance services, overhaul packages, AMC contracts, and genuine spare parts.
  • Build, strengthen, and retain relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and marine engineering firms.
  • Identify customer pain points and propose tailored after-sales solutions (retrofits, upgrades, condition monitoring services).
  • Work closely with service engineers, technical teams, and logistics for project execution and customer support.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, quotations, SLAs, and annual service frameworks.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitor pricing, service offerings, and upcoming fleet maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
  • Attend marine exhibitions, onboard visits, and technical meetings to represent the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine engine after-sales, service sales, or spare parts sales.
  • Proven track record in managing after-sales accounts and achieving target growth.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Willing to travel regionally for customer engagement and project support
