Driver cum Storeman

Driving Duties:

· Deliver goods to customers, suppliers, and project sites in a timely manner

· Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods

· Verify delivery orders and obtain proper acknowledgement upon delivery

· Perform daily vehicle inspection and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance

· Comply with traffic rules and company safety regulations

Store / Warehouse Duties:

· Receive and check incoming goods against delivery orders

· Arrange and store materials properly in designated locations

· Pick and pack items according to job orders or delivery orders

· Assist in stock take and inventory control

· Maintain proper documentation of stock movement

· Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety

Job requirements

· Minimum Primary / Secondary education

· At least 1–2 years of relevant driving experience

· Experience in warehouse or store operations preferred

· Valid Singapore Class 3 & Class 4 Driving Licence

· Clean driving record

· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling

· Able to read and understand delivery orders and invoices

· Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations

· Basic computer knowledge (if using inventory system)

· Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods

· Able to load and unload items safely

· Safe and defensive driving skills

· Able to verify delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists

· Ability to operate vans / lorries confidently

· Proper vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting

· Able to check quantity and condition of goods

· Familiar with delivery orders (DO), invoices, and simple documentation

· Able to meet delivery deadlines

· Basic forklift operation (if licensed)

· Proper storage and housekeeping practices

· Basic English reading and writing (for documentation)

· Team player with good communication skills

· Willing to work overtime when required

· Familiar with workplace safety practices
