Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
• Prepare Bills of Quantity
• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
• Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
• Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
• Carry out contract administration duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Be able to take instructions and work independently
• Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
• Able to work well in a team
