About the job Senior Finance & Admin Manager (Construction)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/year-end closing

- Prepare management reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis

- Monitor project costing, progress claims, variations, and profitability

- Ensure compliance with GST, CPF, IRAS, ACRA, BCA, and MOM requirements

- Manage payroll, staff claims, and HR administrative matters

- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties

- Oversee office administration, procurement, and asset management

- Supervise and guide finance and admin staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance or equivalent

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting and statutory regulations

- Experience in project accounting and cost control

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Able to work independently with strong leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
