Role Overview
Responsible for driving service sales growth within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, technical sales support, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand customer accounts for service-related sales within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for both local and overseas markets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide technical consultation to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Knowledge of slow-speed and medium-speed marine engine services is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
