Role Overview
Responsible for driving service sales growth within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, technical sales support, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand customer accounts for service-related sales within the Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies.
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for both local and overseas markets.
- Conduct sales presentations and provide technical consultation to customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of slow-speed and medium-speed marine engine services is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
