  • Lead S&OP reviews to align revenue growth with operational optimization
  • Manage and develop a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration between Sales and Operations.
  • Ensure effective use of systems and maintain data accuracy.
  • Execute continuous improvement projects and support strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years in B2B Sales in Marine Industry with proven sales results
  • People management experience

  • Knack for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Maritime and logistics experience is a must
