Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marine repair and maintenance projects. The role involves close collaboration with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, and technical teams to ensure repair works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate marine repair and maintenance projects from preparation through completion.
  • Attend vessels to conduct onboard inspections and assess repair requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals, repair scopes, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with shipowners, superintendents, chief engineers, class surveyors, and shipyards.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and logistics.
  • Support urgent and emergency repair mobilisations.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve operational or technical issues.
  • Ensure all repair activities comply with safety, quality, and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in ship repair, shipyard, marine services, or vessel maintenance is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the marine industry are welcome.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and effectively within a team.
  • Willing to board vessels and travel when required.
