Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the marine and offshore sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, managers, charterers, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations (engineering, inspections, PMS/CMMS, green technologies, etc.).
- Drive revenue targets through proactive sales planning and account management.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and industry channels.
- Manage content creation (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies) to showcase thought leadership.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to boost brand visibility.
- Strengthen company's positioning as a sustainability-first consultancy in the marine and offshore market.
Strategy & Reporting
- Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Work closely with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.
