Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the marine and offshore sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, managers, charterers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations (engineering, inspections, PMS/CMMS, green technologies, etc.).
  • Drive revenue targets through proactive sales planning and account management.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital, print, and industry channels.
  • Manage content creation (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies) to showcase thought leadership.
  • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to boost brand visibility.
  • Strengthen company's positioning as a sustainability-first consultancy in the marine and offshore market.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations.
