Location: Singapore
Salary: SGD 4,500 – 5,500

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply chain operations for marine HVAC and offshore projects
• Source and negotiate with suppliers (mainly China-based) for HVAC components, ducting, fabrication materials, and mechanical parts
• Liaise closely with overseas suppliers on technical specifications, pricing, lead times, and production schedules
• Work with engineering and project teams to ensure materials meet project and shipyard requirements
• Oversee purchasing process including RFQs, purchase orders, and delivery tracking
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and import/export documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery to shipyards and project sites
• Resolve supply delays, quality issues, and vendor performance matters

Requirements

• Singaporean or PR
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with China-based suppliers)
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement/supply chain experience
• Experience in marine, offshore, or engineering projects preferred
• Familiar with HVAC systems, fabrication materials, or mechanical components
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Able to work in fast-paced, project-driven environments
