Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies within the assigned territory to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of sales processes, best practices, and operational excellence across both administrative and commercial functions.
  • Manage and develop relationships with designated VIP, A, and B key accounts.
  • Promote, market, and sell the company's products, solutions, and after-sales services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in budget planning, KPI development, sales forecasting, and provide market feedback for product and service enhancements.

Key Duties

  • Drive sales initiatives to increase service activities, expand market share, and maximize revenue for the Marine Fire Service business.
  • Promote and sell Shipowner Agreements, marine safety solutions, and related products within Singapore and other assigned territories as required.
  • Negotiate, secure, and manage Shipowner Agreements while ensuring optimal contract utilization.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of Ship Owners and Ship Managers within the assigned market.
  • Prepare and implement strategic account plans for all assigned customers.
  • Establish, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, and other key stakeholders through regular customer engagement.
  • Ensure customer information, sales activities, and opportunities are accurately maintained within the company's CRM system.

  • Comply with all company policies, management systems, IT security requirements, internal procedures, and applicable work instructions.
  • Ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with established quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying, reporting, and preventing unsafe acts or conditions in the workplace.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, industry regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the role.
