Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Project Sales
    • Identify and develop new project opportunities within the marine, shipbuilding, and offshore sectors(shipyards, vessel owners, and M&E contractors).
    • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement, technical presentations, and solution proposals.
    • Collaborate with purchasing, project, and engineering teams at client sites to specify suitable products and systems.
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project bids to ensure timely conversion.
    • Track project pipelines and forecast sales performance.
  • Technical & Commercial Support
    • Understand client technical requirements and recommend the right solutions (e.g. explosion-proof lighting, cable systems, control panels, or heat tracing).
    • Liaise with engineering and procurement teams internally to ensure technical compliance and pricing accuracy.
    • Support post-sales coordinationdelivery, documentation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects.
    • Provide feedback on new product opportunities and potential business collaborations.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Maintain long-term relationships with shipyard buyers, project managers, and contractors.
    • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events in the marine industry.



  • Experience:
    • 15 years of experience in marine or industrial project sales.
    • Exposure to electrical, lighting, instrumentation, or safety systems preferred.
    • Candidates with relevant internship or fresh engineering graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply (for junior executive level).
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical aptitude with good communication and presentation skills.
    • Result-driven with good negotiation and relationship-building ability.
    • Ability to read basic engineering drawings or specifications is advantageous.
    • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
