Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the maritime, offshore, and shipyard industries
  • Promote and explain automation, retrofit, and engineering solutions (e.g., tank gauging, engine monitoring, ICCP, CCTV, fire detection, AMS, etc.)
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team
  • Follow up on leads, tenders, and quotations to drive conversion
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and trade shows as necessary
  • Maintain CRM records and produce regular sales reports
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and handover

Requirements

  • Fresh Grads welcome!
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Marine preferred) or Business with technical aptitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to read technical drawings and understand basic control systems is a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or site assessments
