About the job Sales Engineer / Executive - System Control
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapores industrial automation market.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and order closing.

Conduct technical presentations, feasibility studies, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with engineering and supplier teams to design and recommend suitable control system solutions (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD systems).

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and effective after-sales support.

Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates to management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

2-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or application engineering within automation or control systems.

Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motion control systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Proven sales performance with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
