About the job Sales Engineer / Executive - System Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapores industrial automation market.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and order closing.

  • Conduct technical presentations, feasibility studies, and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with engineering and supplier teams to design and recommend suitable control system solutions (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD systems).

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and effective after-sales support.

  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or application engineering within automation or control systems.

  • Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and motion control systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven sales performance with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
