- Oversee and grow existing partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure long-term success.
- Identify and secure new strategic partners within key markets.
- Strengthen partner engagement by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Drive and support strategic initiatives to expand into new markets.
- Lead the development and submission of tender responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and optimal solutions.
- Spearhead new business efforts within the Enterprise and Government sectors.
- Expand the companys footprint in Military and Government segments.
- Take ownership of and deliver against annual revenue objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of strategic agreements, ensuring successful execution and implementation with key partners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate quarterly forecasts, leveraging tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Lead deal negotiations and closures in alignment with internal commercial strategies.
- Develop and execute an annual business strategy that includes both long-term plans and tactical initiatives.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Product Development, Co-marketing, Technical Support, and Service Integration.
- Continuously collect and share market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide feedback and input to Product Management and Engineering teams for future product development.
