PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead new business development efforts and revenue growth within the maritime and energy industries, with a core focus on the Singapore market.
  • Cultivate and expand high-level partnerships with key players such as shipping companies, offshore operators, oil & gas entities, EPC firms, and marine service providers.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from identifying leads and consultative selling to closing deals and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline specific to Singapore, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive tracking of opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate regional and international proposal submissions for global clients operating in Singapore, collaborating closely with cross-border internal teams.
  • Act as the companys representative at major industry exhibitions, networking events, and forums within the maritime and energy space in Singapore.
  • Stay up-to-date on market movements and industry changes in the local marine and offshore sectors, including regulatory updates, port developments, and competitive activities.
  • Design and execute customized sales strategies that align with the commercial objectives of Singapore-based customers.
  • Ensure precise and consistent use of the CRM platform to support data transparency, performance tracking, and pipeline visibility.
  • Contribute to cross-departmental projects aimed at refining commercial offerings and enhancing client value in the maritime and energy domains.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales success, ideally within marine logistics, offshore services, or energy-related sectors in Singapore.
  • Well-connected within Singapores maritime and energy networks, with established industry relationships.
