Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the technical operations team
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries professionally
  • Maintain and organize data entry, documentation, and filing systems
  • Assist in compiling reports related to vessel inspections and preparing presentation materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule inspection visits
  • Track and follow up on invoice submissions and staff reimbursement claims
  • Prepare outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support general office functions and assist with tasks related to front desk operations and company events

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role is advantageous
  • Educational background: A-Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent
  • Open to recent graduates who demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
