Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and pursue new business leads through industry connections, research, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Strengthen and expand existing client accounts to drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
  • Develop and present customised proposals, pricing, and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and support) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Handle commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations, in line with internal guidelines.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and sales performance, providing regular insights and reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements to enhance brand presence.
  • Support the planning of business strategies, including market positioning and pricing approaches.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within marine or offshore sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural business practices.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Open to travelling regionally and internationally when required.
