Role Overview:
Drive business growth by combining technical expertise in control systems with strong sales acumen. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, providing both pre-sales and after-sales support. Build lasting relationships with clients while identifying new opportunities in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage the complete sales process.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential product applications.

  • Understand customer technical requirements and design suitable control system solutions (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, motion control).

  • Provide technical support, demos, proof-of-concepts, and feasibility studies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver optimal solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers.

  • Provide updates and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Report market insights, competitor activity, and product feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

  • 2–3 years in a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or technical sales role, ideally in industrial automation or control systems.

  • Strong technical background in control systems is highly valued.

Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley), HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and motion control.

  • Proven sales performance and ability to manage the full sales cycle.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
