  • Manage customers inquiries and provide after sales assistance
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing etc.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage price negotiations, delivery etc.
  • Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock point.
  • Attend team meeting and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Good multi-tasking ability & able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to manage work in a dynamic work environment with good attention to details.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication & project management skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry and logistics will be an added advantage.
