Technical Lead - Workshop (Marine Propulsion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute specialized technical tasks in line with quality and safety standards.

• Oversee the rest: repair damaged propellers using techniques like welding, balancing, and re-pitching.

• Recondition propellers to ensure optimal performance and durability.

• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions.

• Stay updated on latest propeller technologies and materials.

• Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development.

• Maintain detailed records of repair and reconditioning activities.

• Support cross-functional teams and site visits for deeper technical analysis.

• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

• Provide technical guidance to peers and improve workshop processes.
