Role Overview
Drive the growth of direct and indirect sales for mobile satellite communication and managed IT/security solutions across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses heavily on new business development within the maritime sector while managing selected key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close high-value sales opportunities for satellite communication and managed IT/security services

  • Expand new customer acquisition channels (direct and partner-based) with strong focus on maritime clients

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while building a strong sales pipeline

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and provide regular pipeline forecasts and reports

  • Collaborate closely with regional and global sales, engineering, implementation, and customer support teams

  • Participate in sales reviews and strategic planning sessions

  • Travel extensively across the region to drive business growth

  • Maintain a proactive, independent, and results-driven sales approach

Requirements

  • Proven track record in direct and indirect sales across multiple industries

  • Experience in the maritime sector is essential

  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Asia Pacific

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling satellite services (VSAT, L-band, LEO) or maritime IT/SaaS solutions

  • Technical knowledge of maritime connectivity providers such as Inmarsat, Iridium, Starlink, or OneWeb

  • Familiarity with maritime cybersecurity or vessel IT environments

  • Business-level Chinese language capability is advantageous
