About the job Operations Coordinator (Marine)
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide efficient after-sales support.

Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.

Oversee inventory and logistics for both local and overseas stock points.

Participate in meetings, share best practices, and support process improvement.

Handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related discipline.

3-5 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry.

Good communication and coordination skills; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for liaising with China-based suppliers.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
