Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide efficient after-sales support.

  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.

  • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.

  • Oversee inventory and logistics for both local and overseas stock points.

  • Participate in meetings, share best practices, and support process improvement.

  • Handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies or a related discipline.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry.

  • Good communication and coordination skills; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for liaising with China-based suppliers.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
