Technical Vessel Operations Analyst (Dry Bulk)

Confidential client in Singapore, a dry bulk vessel owner and operator, is hiring a Technical Vessel Operations Analyst (full-time, permanent).

You will support the owner's desk by tracking class, statutory, trading and insurance certification across the fleet.

You will prepare daily fleet status reports and weekly safety and performance reports for management and commercial teams.

You will work with ship managers and the fleet efficiency team on performance reviews, inspections, dry-dockings and OPEX budgets.

This role suits a detail-minded maritime graduate who enjoys data, reporting and working with many stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduate, with preference in Marine Studies
• Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience in the dry bulk industry is preferred
• Good understanding of vessel operations, planned maintenance systems, statutory compliance and classification requirements
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, RightShip requirements and industry best practices
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, positive team player, able to work independently and under timeline pressure
