Business Development

  • Drive business development initiatives for' Green Technology portfolio across marine, offshore, and land-based sectors.
  • Analyze market conditions to identify opportunities and develop decarbonization solutions, aligned with regulatory frameworks such as IMO CII requirements.
  • Develop strong technical and commercial understanding of retrofit engineering processes, including:

o Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS) across multiple OEMs
o Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (Scrubbers)
o Integrated retrofit and turnkey project execution
o Energy-saving solutions and vessel performance optimization technologies

  • Promote and deliver end-to-end solutions, including engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Expand the Green Department's footprint by identifying and pursuing local and international growth opportunities.

    Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and profit margin objectives.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, contract negotiation, and deal closing activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with departmental and company

    objectives.

  • Prepare and submit accurate reports, forecasts, and account updates to senior

    management.

    Customer Engagement & Market Awareness

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Conduct sales visits, technical presentations, and solution discussions to

    effectively position company offerings.

  • Stay informed on:

o Industry trends and regulatory developments
o Competitor activities and emerging technologies
o New product lines and decarbonization innovations Leadership & Collaboration

  • Take ownership of customer engagements, ensuring technical and commercial credibility in all proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, operations, and global teams to support effective execution of strategies and projects.
  • Support internal capability development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring.
